A gentle reminder that we are asking all those that can to donate a minimum of $75 to the Corona Cross Country Boosters Club. This money directly supports the athletes by paying for meet entry fees, team shirts, all the water and snacks provided at meets, pasta dinners and more. There are several ways to make this donation, check made out to the Corona Cross Country Boosters Club or cash (both of these can be put in an envelope and given to the coaches) or* Zelle* to coronadelsolxc@gmail.com. We are asking for this donation by Sept. 4, our first meet, Chandler Invite. Thank you to all the parents who have donated to the Booster Club to support the athletes.

Upcoming events:

• Saturday, 8/28: Time Trial on the canal with location coordinates 33°20’07.4"N 111°56’33.7"W. Meet at 6am.
• Saturday, 8/28: Team pool party from 5-7 pm at Davies-Boerner house. Please enter through side gate. Address is in calendar notice.
• Friday, 9/3: Team pasta dinner at Miles Prince’s house from 6-8pm. Address will be posted early next week in the calendar notice.
• Saturday, 9/4: First Meet!! Chandler Invite at Tumbleweed Park. Coaches will provide additional details (bus, race times, and more) on our first meet next week. Please watch for notices requesting volunteers as we always need support at our meets.
