A few reminders for the upcoming week:

Tuesday, October 25: Kyrene District Cross Country Conference Meet at Pueblo. First race, 4:15 pm. Come cheer on and encourage these middle school runners. We are looking for a course biker for the races. If volunteer hours are needed, this would be a great way to get some. If interested in helping at the meet, please let Coach Tac or Crane know. Additionally, volunteer hours can be had if you help pick up the course at the end of the meet.
Thursday, October 27: Team Picture Day at 3 pm. Return your uniform after pictures.

Sign-up for the following events:
Saturday, November 5: End of Season Banquet from 10-noon at Arrowhead Park, Chandler. Everyone is welcome to attend. Please make sure all athletes are registered as they eat for free. Senior athletes are able to bring two guests for free. Cost for guests is $12/pp. RSVP by Monday, October 31st. Banquet Registration
Saturday, November 19: Nike Cross. Athletes must register by October 27th to guarantee a singlet. Please fill out this form only if you will be running this optional, fun paced race. Nike Cross Participation Commit Form

Booster Club:
There are still three open positions for the 2023 season. Please consider joining the Booster Club for the next season. It is a fun way to get involved with the team, meet other parents, and the athletes.

Boosters cover cost of entry and singlet, so only sign up if you are committed to running.* Registration closes on October 27th to guarantee a singlet.*

After October 27th, athletes can still commit to the race, but will have to wear the Corona team shirt or another Corona singlet.

Team picture day will be next Thursday October 27th at 3 PM. Please bring your uniforms as you will be turning them in after pictures unless you are running at sectionals.

Hopefully everyone has been enjoying their weekend with the rain, clouds and fall like temperatures! This upcoming week does not have any activities except regular practices for varsity athletes and all other runners who still want to join their teammates.

Titan Invite:
Thursday was a beautiful morning for a race and the teams did great! The course is very spectator friendly so lots of opportunities to cheer our runners on. Cheers to the boys team for their second place finish! Congratulations to ALL the athletes who ran this year! Everyone should be proud of their accomplishments.

Banquet:
It is almost that time again for the end of season banquet. It will take place on Saturday, November 5th from 10 am – noon at Arrowhead Park, Lion Pavilion in Chandler. It is a brunch with breakfast burros, fruit, fresh made mini-donut (mini-food truck on site), and more. Everyone is welcome to attend whether eating or not. All athletes eat for free. Like last year, senior athletes are able to bring two guests for free. Cost for guests is $12/pp. More information and signup can be found here at the 2022 Banquet Brunch Registration. Please RSVP no later than Monday, October 31st to allow us to get an accurate headcount.
