Hello All!

We are extremely excited for the Chandler Invite tomorrow morning!

All Athletes will run against their grade level. There is no Varsity or JV tomorrow.

The bus leaves at 6am SHARP!!!! Please be on-time. We will not be able to wait for Athletes who are late.

Awards are scheduled for 9:45 am. Hopefully we will be back to Corona by 10:45 or 11:00am. Please be ready to pick up your child from school when the bus arrives back. The Coaches need to get home to their families and are required to wait until all Athletes have a ride home from school.

If you will be taking your child home, please allow 10-15 minutes for their cool down after their race. Athletes are expected and required to do a cool down after their race! Please allow for this to occur before taking them home.

Athletes need to check out with Coach Scott or myself before they will be released to go home with their parent. Lastly, Athletes are only allowed leave with a parent or guardian. It is against District policy for us to allow any Athlete leave with a friend or that friend’s parent.

Towels- Ideally the the person signing up to bring towels should be the same person each week, or shared with two families, since they will take the towels home (in the cooler), wash them, and bring them back for the next meet (in the cooler). There are slots for additional parents to distribute towels during the meets. Towel distribution can be anyone, any meet.

Water- This should also be the same parent each week, or shared with two families, since they will need to take the cooler from the meet for the next meet.
