Due to the wet conditions we are going to change our plan for the long run tomorrow morning. We will meet at Corona at 6:00 a.m.. If weather permits, we will go on a run on the concrete or asphalt. If we cannot run tomorrow, we will go to the weight room and do some strength activities.

Shannon Thompson, Mental Performance Specialist, has several mental training intensives being offered through Hypo2. There are two, 2-week sessions, one in July and one in August and one, 1-week session offered in July. Each session includes 3 meetings each week. She is a dynamic speaker and I, personally learned a lot from her on how to focus my thoughts while running. More information can be found here: https://hypo2sport.com/mental-training/

Finally, thank you to Coach Tac, our parent chaperones, Katie and Justin Toaspern, our parent drivers (April Rohrer, Andrea Sywak, Donald Guess) and our Booster Club Members. They made the 2021 camp a success.
