Practice Starts Tomorrow!
Monday is the official start of the cross country season. Please ensure that your athlete is registered on RegisterMyAthlete.com. Only those who have fully completed their registration will be able to practice. Please note that payment is not yet due.

Practice times will be as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 2:45pm
- Tuesday, Thursday at 6:00pm
- Saturday at 6:00am

Evening practices will continue until the weather cools off.

Team Picture on Friday
We will be taking an informal team picture on Friday at the start of practice. Please wear an orange t-shirt if you have one. If not, please wear black or grey. This picture is for our sponsor banner.

Parent Volunteer Meeting Tomorrow
Thank you to the many parents who have contacted us regarding helping out this season. We will be having a meeting at Amy Burnside’s home at 5pm on Monday (tomorrow). If you would like to join us and get involved, please contact Amy for her address at amburnside@outlook.com.

Cross Country Parent Meeting
The coaches will be holding their parent informational meeting immediately following the Corona Fall Sports Meeting on Tuesday, August 20 at 6pm. All parents are strongly encouraged to attend.

No-Cost Fundaising
Please consider giving your support to our hard-working athletes by participating in one of our no-cost fundraisers. These include Tax Credit Donations, Fry’s VIP card, Amazon Smile and Escrip Benefit Mobile. Cross Country Parents!

Thank you to those who have already responded to our request for help! We still need help with the items below! It takes an army to make sure the season runs smoothly so please offer if you can. We currently have 8 parents who have volunteered to either be on the boosters board or take on another responsibility.

Remaining Volunteer Positions:
- Banquet Chair or Co-Chairs (2 at least)
- Meet Help:
Bagels – coordinate with Einsteins to get leftover bagels (can be split with 2 people)
Snacks/drinks – deliver to bus leaving for the meet (can be split with 2 people)
Restaurant night coordinator for fundraising
- Hot Chocolate Race Volunteer coordinator – Race is early December

We will be having a parent volunteer meeting on Monday, August 12 at 5:00pm at the home of Peyton and Amy Burnside to review roles and responsibilities. Please email Amy and Kristi if you can attend the meeting and if you can help fill one of our volunteer roles above (even if you cannot attend the meeting). I will then email you my address.
Also, if you know of other parents who are not on this list who are willing to help please forward to them.
