Banquet
The banquet is this Thursday at 6pm in the CdS cafeteria. All athlete’s meals are paid for by the Boosters. If additional guests are planning to attend and have not signed up yet, please let us know ASAP. We have already ordered food and will need to adjust our order. Click on “Banquet Registration” on the menu above to sign up and pay.

We are still in need of some volunteers for the banquet. Click here to sign up to help or to bring a dessert.

We will be meeting at Vicki Montana’s home tomorrow (Sunday) at 3pm to make our banquet decorations. Come help us out if you have some free time. No crafting experience necessary! Contact Kristi Johnson for directions – kristijohn@hotmail.com.

Nike Cross Meet
The Nike Cross Southwest Meet is this Saturday the 18th at the Grande Sports Academy in Casa Grande (same as Desert Twilight). Those running will pick up their singlets and t-shirts at the banquet. We will be running in the Large School Open events. The girls run at 8:50am and the boys will run at either 9:40 or 9:55am. There is no bus for this meet, so athletes are responsible for getting to and from the meet. If anyone is in need of a ride, ask your teammates first, but we can help assist if needed. You can meet at school at 7am to carpool or drive down together if desired. If you have extra time, be sure to stay for the Championship Races to see some truly amazing athletes!

Practice
There will be practice on Monday and Wednesday this week. Same time and place as usual.

Hot Chocolate Volunteering
We are in need of 7 more volunteers for the Hot Chocolate Run on Sunday, December 3rd. We earn $10 per person and we have committed to getting 50 volunteers. All volunteers must be signed up by November 20th in order for us to get our donation. Bring your family and friends to help at this fun event. Earn service hours and get a free sweatshirt too! Sign up here to volunteer.

Track Season
If you are planning to go out for track in the spring, there is a new website for information. The website is www.coronatrack.teampages.com. Athletes and parents can “Join Team” to sign up for emails and text alerts. You can keep your same login information as for Cross Country and toggle between teams. More information will be coming to the website soon.

Tomorrow is the last day to register and pay for the banquet. Click on the “Banquet Registration” menu tab above. You can RSVP there and then pay online through PayPal or get directions for dropping off your cash/check payment. Don’t miss out!!
