If you are running in the Nike Cross Meet on November 23rd, you must fill out a Participant Release Form. The form is attached to this message. You will need to fill it out, have a parent sign (if a minor), scan and email to NXR.waivers@nike.com. Please do this ASAP. You will not be able to participate if this is not turned in.
