Banquet Deadline on Wednesday
If you are planning to attend the Banquet on November 20th, make sure you have registered and paid for any guests by this Wednesday. We need to place our final food order and do not guarantee there will be food for people registering after that date. There is an online RSVP/payment feature on your TeamPages Website here Banquet Registration 2019. Please RSVP even if you’re not attending in order to have an accurate headcount. In addition, we are looking for volunteers for setup, dessert donations etc. Please sign up BanquetVolunteer

State Championships on Saturday
Congratulations to both our boys and girls teams on qualifying for the AIA Division I State Championships on Saturday! The race is held at Cave Creek Golf Course. The boys run at 8:45am and the girls at 9:45am. If you are planning to attend, there is a $10 entry fee ($5 for students/military/seniors). There is no parking at the golf course – you must park at Mountain Sky Middle School, Thunderbird High School or Turf Paradise and ride the shuttle bus to the event. Please allow ample time to get there. Go to the State Meet Guide starting at page 13 for more information. Good luck athletes!!

Nike Cross Waiver
If you are running in the Nike Cross Meet on November 23rd, you must fill out a Participant Release Form. The form is attached to this message. You will need to fill it out, have a parent sign (if a minor), scan and email to NXR.waivers@nike.com. Please do this ASAP. You will not be able to participate if this is not turned in. For more information, visit the Nike Cross website HERE. Thank you!

Hot Chocolate Volunteering December 15th
We are still in need of many more volunteers for this fun event. Please help us continue this great tradition! We have made a commitment to have 50 volunteers there. Corona Cross Country earns $10 per volunteer! In the past, we have worked one of the water stations but the location has changed to downtown Phoenix so we’re not quite sure of our jobs this year. Athletes, family and friends are all invited to help and we will sign off on volunteer hours. Sign up here HotChocolate and hope to see you there!

GO AZTECS!!!
