Hello All!

Both Coach TAC and I will be out of town most of next week. Our ladies assistant Coach, Stephanie Mundt will be leading practice for us.

The practice schedule for the week of June 14th will be as follows:

Monday – 6am at Corona with Coach TAC
Tuesday – Athletes run on their own
Wednesday – 6am at Corona with Coach Steph
Thursday – Athletes run on their own
Friday – Athletes run on their own
Saturday – 6am at corona with Coach Steph

Athletes who wish to get together on their own and run in a group are encouraged to do so.

TAC and I will be back at practice starting Monday, June 21st.
