Tomorrow is the last day to register for the November 15th banquet. We have very few people registered right now, and that is what we go off of to order food. If you do not register by tomorrow, we may not have food for you. Go to the “Banquet Registration” tab on the website to register and pay. Remember, athletes eat for free, and guests are $10 per person.

State Meet

Individuals MUST park at Thunderbird H.S or Mountain Sky Middle school and take shuttle to the site.

CASH ONLY!
State Meet: $10.00 Adults, $5.00 Students with High School ID
The admission price includes the shuttle to and from the Golf Course and entrance into the event.
Admission tickets can be purchased at North Hills Church or Thunderbird High School.
Walk-ups can pay at either the main golf course gate entrance or the 9th tee box entrance.
Due to the high volume of traffic on 19th Avenue it is highly recommended to use the shuttle service
provided.

Banquet – Deadline approaching
The deadline to register and pay for the banquet is Thursday, Nov. 8. If you have not registered and paid by this date, you we cannot guarantee food. You can register and pay on the team site under the “Banquet Registration 2018”

AIA Division I Sectionals
Our varsity runners will be competing at sectionals this Wednesday at Crossroads Park in Gilbert. The girls run at 1:10 and the boys at 1:45. Good luck Aztecs!

Practices/Nike Cross
Non-varsity runners at still welcome to practice and stay in shape for the Nike Cross Meet on November 17th if they are planning to run in it. Singlets and t-shirts will be handed out at the banquet for those who said they were running.

Banquet Registration
Our year end banquet is scheduled for Thursday, November 15th at 6pm in the Corona Cafeteria. All athletes eat for free and guests are $10. Please remember to RSVP and pay (if guests are coming) for the banquet by November 8th so we can order the correct amount of food. There is a Banquet Registration tab on the home page of the website where you can RSVP and pay online with a credit/debit card. You may also RSVP online and pay with a check or cash offline. Directions are on the website and the form that was handed out last week at practice.

Tempe City Meet

Hot Chocolate Volunteering, 12/2
We still need volunteers. For the past several years, Corona Cross Country has volunteered at a water station at the Scottsdale Hot Chocolate 5k/15k Race. This is a really fun event and we earn $10 per volunteer. (We commit to providing at least 50 volunteers.) Family members and friends are welcome to help as well.
