We are super excited for tomorrow morning! It has been a huge privilege coaching our athletes this summer. Now they can put their skills to the test.

Here are the announcements for tomorrow:

• Apparently, Tumbleweed park was irrigated this week. Please bring mosquito repellent as they may be out in force.

• Technically, there are supposed to be no spectators at the meet tomorrow. However, Tumbleweed is a public park and it is impossible for the meet coordinators to “police” this. If you do come tomorrow, we have 2 requests. Please bring a mask and please stay away from our camp. If you would like to meet with your son or daughter after they run, please find a place away from our camp.

• Last, athletes are expect to leave Tumbleweed after their race and cool down.

Hi All!

Here is some info for the meet this Saturday:

Athletes, please arrive at 5:45am!

Don’t forget your water and any snacks you may need. Please bring your masks.

The girls will be racing at 7am, the boys will be racing at 7:35am.

All athletes need to plan to leave after their race.

Athletes should bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on. Our team camp will be the large orange pop up tents. We should be the only orange team there, you can’t miss us!

Mark your calendar as next Tuesday night will be another restaurant night at Chipotle’s on Chandler Blvd from 5 – 9pm. The temperatures are still hot, so keep the kitchen cool and either dine in or place an order to go. We get 33% of the sales which supports our athletes. Tell friends and family to come out and support Corona Cross Country!

Now that the weather is finally cooling down, we are changing the practice schedule, starting next week, Monday Sept, 14th!

Boys will be practicing Monday-Friday at 3pm

Girls will be practicing on Monday and Wednesday at 3pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm.

Both Boys and Girls will still practice on Saturday mornings at 6am.

Uniforms will he distributed tomorrow at Corona. The girls will be at 3pm, the boys at 3:30pm.
